Hi, I’m Somayeh Hakimi

I spent almost 20 years in international leadership roles — most recently as Vice President at Aurubis AG, reporting directly to the Executive Board. I built teams, led M&A integrations, drove transformation, and learned what truly enables organizations to perform under pressure.

Over the past eight years, I have worked with more than 100 executives, founders, and senior leaders as a strategic advisor — supporting them through leadership transitions, complex decisions, and organizational transformation on both a strategic and personal level.
