Hi, I am Somayeh

I have spent my career at the intersection of strategy and people – and I have learned that the best transformations happen when both are in sync.

For 20 years, I led in international corporate environments. As Vice President at Aurubis AG, I built teams, drove M&A integrations, shaped culture, and learned what it really takes to make organizations perform under pressure. I have walked the walk – the boardroom presentations, the tough decisions, the complexity of leading across borders and cultures.

But something else pulled at me. A question that wouldn't let go: What if leadership wasn't just about performance – but about people becoming who they're capable of being?

That question led me to coaching. For the past 7 years, I have worked with over 100 executives, founders, and senior leaders – not as a consultant who drops in and leaves, but as someone who sits with them in the complexity, helps them see what they can't see, and guides them toward clarity.

I understand both worlds:

I understand the rigor of corporate leadership – the KPIs, the structures, the pressure. But I also understand the human side – the doubt, the transitions, the moments when technical solutions aren't enough and you need someone who sees you, not just your role.

I don't work from templates. I listen deeply. I ask the questions that cut through noise. I help leaders and organizations build clarity, capability, and cultures that actually work – not because they look good on paper, but because they're rooted in how people actually think, decide, and perform.

My approach:

Strategic and grounded. I bring both analytical rigor and human insight. I'm comfortable in boardrooms and I'm comfortable in the messy, real conversations about what's actually holding people back. I've designed people systems for scaling organizations, and I've coached founders through their toughest moments. I do both – and I do them well.

If you're navigating transformation, building something that matters, or leading through complexity – I'd love to talk.

WHY I DO THIS WORK

I have seen transformation fail too many times – not because of bad strategy, but because organizations treat it as a project instead of a human process.

What drives me:

I believe the best leaders understand that performance and people aren't trade-offs. That clarity, trust, and capability aren't soft factors – they're what enable everything else.

I work with leaders who are building something that matters. Who know that real transformation requires both strategic rigor and human insight.

If that's you, let's talk.

Let’s connect.

If you're navigating transformation, building something that matters, or leading through complexity – let's talk. I work with people who care about results and how they're achieved.
